Do I control the design ❓
Yes — but in a structured way.
We take care of the complete UI/UX, layout, and visual design to ensure a clean, professional, and conversion-focused website.
You can provide:
- up to 3 brand colors
- your logo (if available)
- photos (if available)
- text content (if available)
- any other relevant materials
If content is missing, we can assist with AI-generated copy tailored to your business.
Everything else is designed for optimal user experience and conversion.
How does the process work ❓
- You submit your request via the Project Request Form (PRF)
- We review your project and contact you
- You receive a final offer with possible extras
- Payment is made
- Contract is issued and signed
- Work starts the next working day
- Delivery within 7 days from start
When does the 7-day delivery start ❓
The 7-day timeline starts on the next working day after we receive the signed contract (delivered by 17:00). Submissions received after 17:00 are considered received on the following working day. Weekends are not included in the delivery timeline unless agreed otherwise.
Is hosting or domain included ❓
No.
Domain and hosting are optional third-party services and can be arranged separately if needed. We can also set everything up for you in lightspeed mode to get your project online as fast as possible.
Can I use my own domain and hosting ❓
Yes.
If you already have a domain and/or hosting, we can deploy your website there, provided it supports WordPress, Elementor, and SSL.
If you don’t have either, we can help you set everything up through trusted EU-based providers.
Is the website mobile-friendly ❓
Yes.
Every StartupSites website is fully responsive and optimized for all devices.
We also test and consider major hardware and software ecosystems (such as Apple and Android devices and browsers). In rare cases, minor rendering differences may occur across specific screen sizes or system versions, which can be adjusted after your feedback.
Is SEO included ❓
Yes — SEO-ready setup is included.
This means the website is built with proper structure, clean code, metadata foundation, and technical setup to be fully prepared for future SEO optimization and growth.
We do not provide full SEO campaigns or ongoing SEO services as part of this package.
What about security ❓
Basic website security setup is included as part of the build to ensure a safe and stable WordPress environment.
Can I expand my website later ❓
Yes.
Your website is built on WordPress + Elementor, so you can later add:
- more pages
- blog
- booking system
- webshop
- advanced features
What happens after I place an order ❓
Your request is first treated as a pre-order inquiry.
After confirmation and agreement:
- A final offer and scope are confirmed
- Once the payment has been received in our bank account, the service agreement is signed
- The project officially starts the next working day
Is there a refund policy ❓
No.
Due to the low entry price and immediate allocation of resources after contract confirmation, payments are non-refundable.
Can I cancel my project ❓
You may cancel your request before the project officially starts. Once work has begun, the project follows the agreed Terms & Project Policy.
Why does the Startup Package cost only €99 ❓
The €99 Startup Package is designed as an accessible entry point for businesses that need a professional online presence without a large upfront investment.
We believe in fair business practices, mutual trust, and long-term professional relationships. Our goal is not only to launch your website, but to build a long-term partnership that grows together with your business.
Are there any hidden fees or subscriptions ❓
No.
The Startup Package is a one-time payment. Optional services such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, maintenance, or future upgrades are only provided if you request them and are priced separately.
What if delays happen ❓
If delays occur due to third-party services or unforeseen technical issues, we will communicate and agree on a revised timeline.
What type of projects do you not accept ❓
We do not work with:
- illegal content
- harmful or abusive material
- adult content
- drug-related or restricted services
- any content violating applicable laws

Who builds your website ❓
Every Startup Site is personally designed and built by an experienced web professional with over 15 years of experience in WordPress, web development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
The focus is simple: delivering fast, secure, and scalable websites built on proven technologies and best practices.
Who owns the website after completion ❓
After full payment and project completion, you become the owner of your website and receive full administrator access. You are free to manage it yourself or continue working with us if you wish.
Who publishes the website ❓
Once approved, we can publish the website on your hosting or on the hosting arranged through our trusted partners.
