Introduction

These Terms & Project Policy describe how StartupSites delivers its services and define the general rules for every project.
By submitting a project request, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

The Startup Package is designed as an affordable entry point for businesses that need a professional online presence.

Unless otherwise agreed, the standard package includes:

  • One landing page
  • WordPress + Elementor (Free)
  • Responsive design
  • AI-assisted content creation
  • Up to 5 processed images
  • Contact section
  • SSL configuration
  • Basic Security setup
  • GDPR-ready setup
  • SEO-ready setup
  • Delivery within 7 working days

Additional services are available separately.

Submitting the website form is considered a project request only.

It does not create a binding agreement.

Every request is individually reviewed before acceptance.

The Startup Package starts from €99.

Additional services, premium software, custom development, domain registration, hosting, maintenance, translations, or future upgrades are quoted separately.

Payment is made by bank transfer.

Work begins only after:

  • project details have been confirmed,
  • payment has been received in our bank account,
  • the service agreement has been signed by both parties.

The standard delivery time is 7 working days.

The timeline starts on the next working day after we receive the signed agreement, provided it is delivered by 17:00.

Documents received after 17:00 are considered received on the following working day.

Weekends and public holidays are not included unless agreed separately.

The client agrees to provide accurate information and all available project materials, including:

  • business information
  • logo (if available)
  • photos (if available)
  • text content (if available)
  • branding preferences
  • any other relevant materials

Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may affect the delivery schedule.

StartupSites is responsible for the overall design, layout, structure, UI, and UX.

Clients may specify:

  • up to three primary brand colors
  • logo (if available)
  • content preferences

Design decisions are made to ensure usability, consistency, and conversion-focused results.

Artificial Intelligence may be used to assist with text creation, editing, translation, and content refinement.

All AI-assisted content is reviewed and adapted before delivery.

Some visual assets used in delivered websites are sourced from integrated licensed libraries (including theme-provided asset systems) or third-party providers (such as stock image libraries or AI-assisted tools). These assets are used in accordance with their respective license terms.

We primarily use commercially licensed or royalty-free assets provided through trusted platforms and integrations, including WordPress theme asset libraries and stock image providers.

Where external assets require attribution under their specific license terms, attribution will be included in accordance with those requirements in a minimal and non-intrusive way.

The client confirms that all submitted text, images, logos, trademarks, and other materials may be legally used for the project and that they possess the necessary rights or permissions.

StartupSites accepts no responsibility for materials supplied without proper authorization.

Before publication, the client may review the completed website and request reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope.

Requests outside the original scope may require additional work and pricing.

After full payment and project completion, the client receives WordPress administrator access.

Administrative access and security-related notifications are transferred to the email address provided by the client.

If requested, StartupSites may remain as an additional administrator for future maintenance or development. This decision remains entirely under the client’s control.

Domain registration and hosting are optional third-party services and are not included in the Startup Package.

If the client already has compatible hosting, the website can be deployed there, provided it supports WordPress, Elementor, SSL, and the necessary technical requirements.

If required, StartupSites can assist with arranging suitable third-party domain registration and hosting.

StartupSites is not responsible for the pricing, availability, uptime, policies, or future changes made by third-party providers.

Every website is built to be responsive and optimized for modern devices and widely supported browsers.

Minor differences may occur across older browsers, operating systems, screen sizes, or software versions.

Reasonable compatibility adjustments may be made following client feedback.

After project delivery, responsibility for backups, updates, maintenance, and ongoing website management belongs to the client unless a separate maintenance agreement has been made.

StartupSites does not develop, publish, or support websites that promote or facilitate illegal activities.

Projects involving unlawful content, malicious software, fraud, copyright infringement, hate speech, exploitation, or other illegal material may be refused or terminated at any time.

Although every effort is made to deliver projects on time, delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control—including third-party service interruptions, hosting issues, internet outages, power failures, severe illness, or other force majeure events—may require a revised delivery schedule.

Any revised timeline will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

Due to the customized nature of the service, payments are generally non-refundable once work has officially started.

Each request is reviewed individually before project acceptance to ensure expectations are aligned.

StartupSites provides professional web development services but cannot guarantee business performance, search engine rankings, visitor traffic, sales, or other commercial outcomes.

StartupSites is built on fair business practices, transparency, mutual trust, and long-term professional relationships.

Our goal is not only to deliver a website, but to become a trusted partner as your business grows.
